Select the Uncontested Divorce payment option that fits your situation; however, please know that you do not qualify for the Online Uncontested Divorce Option if you or your spouse have a retirement or investment account that you want to divide between you and your spouse.
Option 1
DIVORCE — NO ASSETS, DEBTS, OR CHILDREN:
● Initial Drafting fees: $1000
● Filing fees: $455
● Both Drafting and Filing fees: $1455
This option is for you if you have no joint property or joint debts to split between you, and have no kids together; you both just want to keep what you have and go your separate ways.
Option 2
Divorce — Have Assets and Debts But No Children:
● Initial Drafting fees: $1300
● Filing fees: $455
● Both Drafting and Filing fees: $1755
This option is for you if you have some joint assets or debts to split between you, but you have no children together.
Option 3
Divorce — Have Assets, Debts, and Children:
● Initial Drafting fees: $1500
● Filing fees: $455
● Both Drafting and Filing fees: $1955
This option is for you if you have minor children together.
